The Story Behind Nephure’s Low-Oxalate Innovation
Our mission is to provide tools that help you reduce oxalate to enjoy more freedom in food choices. Our search sent us into nature, testing plants and mushrooms for years to find the best one. We ultimately found an enzyme from blue green algae that was effective at reducing oxalate in food* – a crucial step inspiring the creation of the enzyme in Nephure.
