- 4 cups low-sodium organic chicken broth
- 1 white onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup peas
- salt and white pepper to taste
Directions
- Chop onion into small pieces.
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, add chicken breasts, onion, garlic, mushroom, corn, peas, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 6 hours on low or 2 hours on high.
